Facility Experience
Does the change show up in daily care?
An 8-week Australian residential aged-care report summarized six staff feedback forms. All six responses were favorable across the domains reviewed, including skin integrity, continence, comfort, workflow and manual handling. Because this was a small observational report without a control group, it helps define what to measure but does not establish effectiveness.
WorkflowStaff described automated hygiene cycles as quicker and reported reallocating saved time to other clinical work.
HandlingStaff reported less rolling and repositioning, lower physical strain and improved manual-handling safety.
ExperienceStaff described residents as calmer, cleaner and less distressed during hygiene care.

Care remains personal.Alongside workflow and evidence, facilities are also evaluating dignity, comfort and the staff and patient experience.
